This page explains what information Mira Cleaning Services collects when you use our laundry service or online shop, and how it's used. We keep this simple: we only collect what's needed to process and deliver your order.
No accounts, no passwords
You never create an account or set a password to order from us. Your phone number is how we identify you and look up your order history - nothing more is required.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, provided when you place a laundry or shop order.
- Delivery location/address and, if you choose to pin it, map coordinates - used only to calculate delivery fees and find you.
- Order details: items, quantities, prices, and order status/history.
- Basic technical information any website collects (e.g. page requests) needed to keep the site running.
What we don't collect
We never ask for or store payment card numbers, mobile money PINs, or account passwords through this website. Mobile money payments (Lipa Namba) are sent directly by you to our registered number, and payment is confirmed manually via WhatsApp - we don't process or store your payment credentials.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to prepare, deliver and support your order - for example, contacting you about delivery, confirming payment, or following up if there's an issue with an order. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Who can see your information
Your order details are visible to Mira Cleaning Services staff involved in preparing and delivering your order (and to our delivery driver, where applicable). We don't share your information with outside companies for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for our own business and accounting purposes. If you'd like your information removed and it isn't needed for an active or recent order, contact us and we'll look into it.
