Terms & Conditions
These terms cover orders placed with Mira Cleaning Services, Iringa - both our laundry service and our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering - no account needed
You don't need to create an account. Your name and phone number identify your order and order history. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can reach you.
Pricing and stock
Prices shown are in Tanzanian Shillings (Tsh) and are set at the time of your order. All prices, quantities and totals are confirmed against our live stock and pricing at checkout - if an item becomes unavailable between browsing and checkout, we'll let you know rather than charge you for something we can't deliver.
Payment
We accept Lipa Namba (Tigo Pesa (Mixx By Yas)) mobile money, confirmed by you on WhatsApp after sending payment, and Cash on Delivery for standard deliveries (pickup orders are paid online only, since we prepare your package after payment is confirmed). We never ask for your mobile money PIN or any payment credentials through this website.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available in Iringa and surrounding areas; the fee is calculated automatically from your pinned location, or arranged with you on WhatsApp if you're outside our standard coverage. You may also choose to pick up your order at the shop free of charge.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible - we can usually make changes before an order is packed for delivery or ready for pickup. Once an order has been delivered or collected, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Fair use
To keep the system usable for every customer, we may briefly limit repeated order submissions from the same phone number in a short period of time. This doesn't affect normal ordering.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our service changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
